What is the monthly challenge?
Each month we set a focused communication challenge for the community. It's designed to be practical - something you can apply in your real conversations, not just theory. Past challenges have covered storytelling structure, active listening, vocal variety, and more. The current challenge is always pinned in the community, or you can head to the Challenges page itself!

Do I need to complete every challenge?
No, of course not! Participate in the ones that resonate, or sound fun (or challenging)! Some months you'll go all in, some months you'll observe. Both are fine.

What does #nonails mean?
It's our shorthand for how we give feedback. No tearing people down, no harsh criticism. When you engage with someone's work, focus on what's working and what could be stronger. Always kind, always specific, always about the performance rather than the person.

Can I give someone feedback on their video?
Only if they've asked for it. Look if they've asked for feedback, or left a #feedback tag. If it's there, they're inviting input. If it's not, enjoy their work and leave encouragement, but hold the critique unless they request it.

What if I can't make a live session?
Most sessions are recorded and made available in the community afterward. Don't let scheduling hold you back - engage with the recordings and drop your thoughts in the discussion thread!

How much time should I commit each week?
There's no minimum. Even 15–20 minutes a week: watching one video, leaving a couple of comments, working on the monthly challenge adds up. Consistency matters more than volume.
