There is so much to learn and apply that I see this as an incremental journey. I wish they taught this information in high school!! Communication is the key to unlocking the unknown in every part of our lives - professionally and personally - and it is the one thing that you are expected to learn as you go - some are better at this than others - but they are skills you can learn - the sooner the better. Next year I will bring my 21 year old son as he embarks on his professional journey so that he can reframe his expectations of what 'real' job communication looks like, because I know he will be able to contribute so much more and get so much more out of the relationships he builds along the way. What could have easily felt overwhelming with so many moving parts to communication and speaking… it was broken down into a framework that made everything feel simple, practical, and actually doable. Instead of trying to “fix everything at once,” the course helped me understand where to focus first and how to improve one step at a time. I learned so much, laughed constantly, and most importantly, I have already seen improvements in my communication skills. I now have clarity on exactly what I need to focus on next, plus the motivation and confidence to keep practising, reflecting, and improving. Worth every cent.

Signing up for this class is the best decision ever. I came to know about your classes via YT search while preparing for my interview. I practiced the tips and found it to be very effective. I eliminated most of my "um" and "ah". So, I signed up for the Academy even before I went through my interview. As I have finished the class, it opened a whole new world for me. #NoNails and #BreakTheMould will be my mantra for life. Never had so much fun learning.
